We are now hiring experienced Full-Time Make Ready techs and helpers for our properties located throughout DFW, TX.
We are looking for experienced contractors with the following skills:
- Painting
- Sheetrock repair
- Texture
- Tiling
- Plumbing & electrical fixtures
- Fence repairs
- Flooring
- Doors
- Windows
- Light plumbing & electrical repairs
- Rehabs and restoration
Requirements:
–> You MUST be able to complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule.
–> Have a reliable truck or van is required.
–> Minimum basic hand tools and power tools required.
–> Must be willing to travel to different job sites.
–> Must be English speaking
–> This is a full-time position
