Hiring – Work Order Tech

We are hiring experienced Work Order Technicians for our tenant occupied properties located throughout DFW, TX.
Must be independent, no general contractors.
We are a quickly growing residential contracting company that performs handyman work & make-ready repairs for rental properties.
::: Responsibilities :::
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Painting
- Sheetrock repair
- Texture
- Plumbing & electrical fixtures
- Fence repairs
- Flooring
- Doors
- Windows
- Light plumbing & electrical repairs
:::Expected Results:::
You must complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule daily
Must be able to report to management daily and have strong communication skills. Emailing, text messaging, and providing photos is required.
:::Requirements:::
–> You MUST be able to complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule.
–> Have a reliable truck or van is required.
–> Minimum basic hand tools and power tools required.
–> Must be willing to travel throughout the DFW area.
–> Weekend shifts available and required at times.
–> Drug screening and background checks.
–> Training required. Must have a CAN-DO attitude.
–> Driver’s license is required

Compensation is at an hourly rate with monthly increase.
Mileage is reimbursed.
